Sadly missed by his family, friends, karate instructors’ and peers.He passed away on the 20th October 2007.A great competitor, student, instructor and a very respectable ambassador for Karate Budokan in UK.He will always be remembered for his; commitments, respect, honour, friendship and dedication to Karate Budokan. He travelled to Malaysia – KL and Penang, India, Pakistan, Norway, and Wales. He competed and won numerous individual and team events and is highly respected in the Budokan Association. One of the few fortunate member’s who have trained with the late Grandmaster Chew Choo Soot – Founder of KBI.In respect of David’s sad departure can all Karate Budokan members all over the world kindly spare one minute of silence to mark the occasion.Dedicated by: Shihan Mike Tan (President of Karate Budokan Europe) – February 2008
