My name is Guillaume Foubert. I am French and was in the University of Glamorgan in 2003/2004. During this time I learned karate with Mike Tan in the university and in Rumney.
Today I start karate again and I want to fight in competition. My problem is that, in France, we need to have at least 2 licences to be able to fight.
I would very grateful if you send me what you have about me (licence, assurance, certificate) in your files.
